We generally produce an entire season of episodes covering a single topic. Each season lasts roughly four months.
During the season, a new episode is released weekly.
During the off-season, we sometimes produce irregular bonus episodes. Unless otherwise agreed upon, bonus episodes are not available for sponsorship.
Sponsorship rates:
- Pre-roll: Runs after the episode introduction
- 30 seconds – $18 per 1000 downloads
- 60 seconds – $25 per 1000 downloads
- Post-roll: Runs immediately after the main story ends
- 30 seconds – $12 per 1000 downloads
- 60-seconds – $17 per 1000 downloads
Based on these rates, a 1-month, 30-second ad set to run post-roll would cost as little as $600.
Because we are a seasonal podcast, the shortest ad run we can accept will be 1 calendar month. The longest ad run is four months.
Payment is due monthly upon verification of download statistics.
